SPAL Automotive UK MD Matthew Morris (pictured centre) ended his week on a high note having spent the day interviewing engineering students to select the first SPAL Automotive Scholar at Harper Adams University.

Having had the chance to view the CVs beforehand and then join the interview panel, the selection process to identify the front runner proved quite a challenge as Matthew explains:

“I was so impressed with these five extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic undergraduates, who had clearly done their research. It was an honour to be included on the panel and I was pleased when we reached a unanimous decision.”
