Oxford Brookes Racing Formula Student team returned early from Christmas break to give everyone a taste of what working in the automotive industry is really like.
As well as getting ahead with the design of the new OBR23 chassis, optimising the carbon laminate and re-designing hardpoints to integrate with the rest of the OBR23 systems, they fitted in two complete test days to check progress and identify where to make improvements.
This month OBR is looking to better its 2022 success at the Oxford Brookes Science Bazaar where they scooped ‘runner up in the best activity.’
A social media project ‘OBReal’, inspired to the digital platform BeReal, proved a great success giving insiders a glimpse of day to day team life and recognise the contribution of key team members.
OBR also acknowledged the wider team supporting its Formula Student entry for 2023 saying:
“Everyone’s support keeps our team going and we’re so grateful for every sponsor!”
